Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to TerraCraft Outdoor Care. By using our website (terracraftcare.com) and services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services

TerraCraft Outdoor Care provides landscaping, lawn maintenance, irrigation, and related outdoor services.

Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and scheduling constraints.
2. Payment & Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Payments must be made in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 3 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits paid.
4. Liability & Property Damage

We take great care in our work, but TerraCraft Outdoor Care is not responsible for pre-existing property damage or damages caused by:

Natural events (storms, floods, extreme weather)

Underground utilities or pre-existing landscape conditions
-
Third-party actions beyond our control

Clients must notify us of any underground irrigation, wiring, or other installations before work begins. We are not responsible for damages to unmarked utilities.
5. Warranties & Service Guarantees

We do not guarantee plant survival, sod establishment, or long-term lawn health unless part of a specific maintenance plan with agreed-upon terms.

Any service guarantees will be outlined in your work agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability

TerraCraft Outdoor Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All website content (text, images, branding) belongs to TerraCraft Outdoor Care.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Any disputes must first attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the appropriate Massachusetts state courts.
